Large-scale agent-based simulations of the transport system: replicability and application cases in France

Vendredi 21 novembre 2025
Horaire : 14 h
Sebastian Hörl (IRT SystemX)

The talk will cover the development of large-scale agent-based transport simulations, with a focus on open-source tools and replicable open data approaches. Current activities covering the generation of synthetic populations and the standardization of behavioral models will be shown, along with applied use cases for on-demand mobility services and transport policies. Pathways for future research around surrogate modelling approaches will be outlined.
