European Distributed and Interactive Simulation Over Network.EDISON est un projet européen qui vise la conception d’une architecture générique et intégrée pour la distribution d’applications de simulation interactive. Les domaines d’application représentés sont ceux du spatial et de l’automobile. Il intègre une forte composante applicative et middleware et s’inscrit dans un cadre Internet.
