Résumé : Nous prouvons que, sous des hypothèses raisonnables, le théorème de Cobham-Semenov reste vrai pour deux systèmes de numération dont l'un est non standard.

Abstract : We prove that under reasonable conditions, the Cobham-Semenov theorem remains true for two numeration systems whose one is nonstandard.
