Workflows Scientifiques basés sur le Contexte. Application en biologie
Le manque de flexibilité réduit fortement l’usage que l’on peut faire des systèms de workflows scientifiques (SWF) dans la transformation d'hypothèse en découverts scientifique. Une réelle utilisation de SWF demande l’introduction du concept de «contexte». En effet, les échecsactuels sont attribués à l'absence d'explicitation du contexte dans SWF, l'insuffisance dans la prise de décisions adaptatives, le mécanisme de partage incomplète SWF. Pour résoudre ces problèmes, nous proposons un cadre contextuel orientée pour Workflow scientifique (CoF4SWF) pour rendre explicite par des contextes graphes contextuels dans SWF cycle de vie. Nous mettons en œuvre une méthodologie CoF4SWF par un prototype fonctionnel appelé contexte orienté SWF (CxSWF). Par ailleurs, le prototype a été CxSWF témoigné grâce dans le domaine du «virtual screening» appliqué au virus H5N1. Enfin, les résultats du processus de double évaluation a démontré que les hypothèses initiales de l'application a été atteint en principe. Les principales contributions de la thèse portent sur: (i) une méthodologie orientée contexte pour étudier la modélisation SWF; (ii) l’identification de trois approches pour redre explicite le contexte dans la modélisation SWF; (iii) l'enquête sur le rôle des graphes contextuels dans SWF modélisation. Ce travail a permis de: (1) Représenter et modéliser la flexibilité des SWF dans leur contexte pour permettre une adaptabilité de la prise de décision dans le SWF, (2) Faire du contexte le statut des connaissances dans un entrepôt de SWF pour l’apprentissage de pratiques, et (3) Partager le SWF et leur contexte d’exploitation comme complément d’une découverte scientifique.
